Mandarin is a 32223 problem in two parts: the room the appliance went into, and the weather outside it. ## The structure Most of Mandarin went up between the 1970s and the 1990s on generous lots, and the riverfront estates along Mandarin Road are older again. Kitchens from that period were not designed around a professional range, because that was not yet a residential category. Replacing one of those is rarely just the appliance — it is the opening, the panels, the duct and frequently the countertop edge as well. That is why the repair-versus-replace arithmetic on this equipment is different from the arithmetic on a freestanding machine, and it is why the finding goes to you in writing rather than over the phone.
