It covers the trip, the time to move the appliance where it needs moving, and the diagnosis. If you approve the repair, the $129 is credited toward it. You get a written estimate before anything is opened up or ordered. ## After the repair 90 days on labour, 365 days on parts, genuine OEM parts only. If the same fault returns inside the 90 days labour window we come back and there is no second diagnostic fee. The warranty page sets out both windows in full, including what falls outside them. Why we do not publish a repair price list ## The same symptom is not the same job An oven that will not hold temperature can be a sensor, an element, a door seal or a control board, and those four repairs are not close to each other in cost.
