One manufacturer, one service area
Ironwood Appliance Service works on Viking appliances inside a 40-mile radius of Mandarin. That is the whole business.

Why only one brand
A van can hold parts for one manufacturer properly or parts for six manufacturers badly. Staying on Viking is what lets us recognise which revision of a control board is in front of us, carry the igniter that actually fits, and give an estimate on the first visit instead of the second.
Why Mandarin
Because the problems here repeat. Kitchens built before a professional range was a residential category, cabinet openings cut for something narrower, framed floors that flex under a heavy range, and a storm season that takes control boards a few at a time. Working one area means we arrive already knowing what the house is likely to have done to the appliance.
Where we stand with the manufacturer
Nowhere. We are an independent shop with no relationship to Viking or to its parent company, and we will never imply otherwise on this site or on the phone. If you want work carried out under the manufacturer's own program, call Viking and they will route you into their network.
What we do hold is the federal credential that matters for sealed refrigeration systems: EPA Section 608 certified technicians. That comes from the EPA, not from a manufacturer.
