What this site collects
Almost nothing, and none of it by accident. This page says what happens and where it happens.
This site
These pages are plain static files. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session cookie set by us. Typefaces are served from this same domain rather than from a font network, so loading a page here does not tell any third party that you did.
There is no contact form, no chat widget and no newsletter sign-up, which means there is no field on this site into which you could type a name or an address.
Server logs
The site is hosted on a commercial static-hosting platform. Like every web host, it records ordinary request data — the page requested, the time, an IP address, and the browser’s own user-agent string — for delivery and abuse prevention. We do not join that data to anything, do not export it and do not use it to build a profile of a visitor.
When you call
Booking happens on the phone. To schedule a visit we write down a name, a service address in Mandarin or nearby, a callback number and a description of the appliance and the symptom. That is a service record. We keep it because a warranty claim needs the date and the part, and for no other reason.
We do not sell, rent or trade that information. We do not send marketing to it. It is shared only where the work requires it — a parts supplier needs a model and serial number to ship the right component, and that request carries no more than it has to.
Asking us to delete a record
Call and ask. We will remove your service record other than what an invoice has to keep for tax and accounting purposes, and we will tell you plainly which parts those are.
Changes to this notice
If this changes, the date below changes with it. There is no version history to dig through because the practice described here has never had more than one version.
